    USAGE DIRECTIONS
    1. Unlike genuine leather chamois, there’s no need to pre-dampen this product before use. Simply wipe wet surface in small sections at a time, wringing out as needed.
    2. After use, thoroughly wash by hand or machine at a low temperature. Rinse well with clean water and leave to dry before storing.
    3. Do not use bleach or use fabric softeners.

    We ship throughout Europe. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Shipping is on average between 2-4 business days. Express shipping is offered on checkout. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.

    Can I return my product?

    Orders may be returned or exchanged within 5 days of receiving your parcel, provided the items are in their original, unopened, unused and resalable condition.

    Please note that custom or personalised items cannot be returned, as the design and order are reviewed and approved by the customer before production.

    What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?

    If your item or any component arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours and provide clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the claim and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement, replacement part, or refund where applicable.
